On September 30, 2018, Tunas Budaya 2018 (MTB 2018) was held at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Hall, Culture and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM. The program was held in conjunction with the admission of the one-year students of 2017/2018 and themed "Love My People".
It is the third time that the Pendeta Za'ba College (KPZ) has made a joint venture with Kolej Mohamad Rashid (KMR) and more interesting to join this session this time is the first time that these two college colleges are under one of the same principals, Prof. Madya Dr. Khairulmazmi Ahmad. With that, the Supreme Council of Students (MTM 2017/2018) of the Arts and Cultural Exco of both colleges have conducted an auditing session to find participants to represent the combination of both residential colleges for MTB 2018. The combination of these two colleges once again bringing the ultimate production name of Rev. Fansuri to produce dance performances based on the formation of citrawarna formations that reflect the unity of society in Malaysia.
Training was conducted at Dewan Putra 3, UPM with the help of monitored fellows, MTM KPZ and KMR and experienced teachers. Our production gets the second turn number and we carry the theme "Not Outdated Deck Raindrop". On the eve of the show, the present jury is from well-known artists, the performances of the night show smoothly only the improvements that may be made possible in the technical affairs of the stage and the "que" instruction goes to the stage. On the eve of the announcement of the Reverend Fansuri award did not embrace any awards from the jury but the optimistic spirit given by the fellows, MTM and the participants should be praised for showing professionalism.
