Pendeta Za'ba College is administered by the college administration which manages administrative affairs, especially accommodation and student facilities. The college administration consists of a Principal (Professional Management (Academic Officers)), a Manager (Professional Management (Non-Academic Officers)) assisted by an executive staff of (1) Executive Officer 4, (3) Administrative Assistants (Clerical/Operations), (2) Skilled Assistants, (2) Operations Assistants, and (4) Civilian Assistants.
