On October 17 to 24, 2018, a program hosted by the 9th residential college, Za'ba's Rev. College, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), is the Third Day Za'ba Language Celebration program or better known amongst university students as SAMBA ZA'BA 3.0. As the program director this time,
 
SAMBA was held with SAMBA ZA'BA 3.0 aims to fully support the government's desire to educate the multi-racial society in order to foster and uphold the national language of Malay in various aspects capable of driving the preservation of the language itself as a practical and realistic world-class language . The program is held at the inter-varsity level as well as in line with the National annual program celebrated in conjunction with the National Language Monthly Celebration (BBK) which takes place in October each year.
    
According to Brother Mohd Kamal Mujaddid bin Kamal Hisham, the participation this time is beyond expectation. More than 300 participants have enrolled for the entire activity being contested. Among the Institutions of Higher Learning (IPT) that participated were Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Rembau campus, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) campus Pagoh and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). Various linguistic activities such as debates, pantun, speeches, poems, short stories, crosswords and sahibba have been contested to enhance the spirit of the love of Malaysians especially among students and students towards the interests of language, literature and Malay culture.
 
SAMBA ZA'BA 3.0 this time has been laughed at the official opening ceremony of the country's literary, YBhg. Dato 'Dr. Zurinah Hassan on October 18, 2018. He also agreed that such programs should be held and accompanied by students in Malaysia in the future. The SAMBA ZA'BA 3.0 gift closing and presentation ceremony was officiated by Puan Aminah Binti Awang Basar as Head of Promotion and Recognition Division of Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka on the night of October 24, 2018. Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Rembau campus has emerged as a winner and brought home the round trophy for the debate competition, while for the round trophy, Successfully won by the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Pagoh campus. Overall, SAMBA ZA'BA 3.0 this time has been successfully realized and received quite encouraging response from various parties. Director's hope, that SAMBA ZA'BA will continue in the future with a better and brilliant future.
