SERDANG, 25 March 2024 – Rumah Makan Khas Sunda Cibiuk has donated the distribution of iftar food to the students of Pendeta Za'ba College, Universiti Putra Malaysia. A special menu donation of 100 packs was distributed to asnaf students of Pendeta Za'ba College (KPZ). This donation is part of Rumah Makan Cibiuk's effort which is distributed to parties in need, especially IPTA students.

The college was very grateful and appreciate to the owner of Rumah Makan Cibiuk, Dr. Noraini Abdul Shukor which is also an alumni of UPM for the contribution that has been given to the asnaf students. This contribution to some extent can give KPZ students the opportunity to break their fast with the enjoyment of food from the deliciousness of Cibiuk Restaurant. KPZ also very much welcome any donations and charity to the asnaf students in the future.

As Allah SWT said, “Indeed, the men who give charity and the women who give charity, and they give a loan to Allah, as a good (sincere) loan, will be repaid twice (with double the amount), and they will receive a noble reward.” (Al-Hadid verse: 18)

"The concept of charity is not just about giving money to those in need, but rather the concept of charity in Islam extends as long as it brings good whether it is spiritual or physical. Even in Islam itself, one of the things that is recommended is to give charity in the form of food to the needy".
