Serdang, 22 March 2023 – Za'ba College Sports 5.0 (SUKZA 5.0) closed on 19 March 2023 (Sunday) night. It has become a tradition for the Pendeta Za’ba College to hold SUKZA every year since this sport has many benefits and a great impact on the people of the college, especially the students of the Pendeta Za’ba College. SUKZA 5.0 is managed by the Patriotism and Unity Cluster of the College Representative Council. SUKZA 5.0 this time was successfully implemented until the end and it took place for a week in the first week of the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic session. 

The opening ceremony was held on 13 March 2023 and was officiated by YBrs. LT. Col. Associate (PA) Dr. Mohamad Azani Alias ​​at the Za'ba Reverend College Hall. He delivered his opening speech in a concise manner and his main wish was that SUKZA 5.0 would be able to unite college students and produce college athletes in the future. Various sports events were contested with six sports houses competing. The sports house this time are taken in conjunction with the names of monsters and fairy tales, which include Phoenix representing the red house, Pegasus the purple house, Elves the green house, Hydra the blue house, Basilisk the yellow house and Dragon representing the orange house. Among the sports events that are contested for the sports house level are futsal, dodgeball, netball, basketball, frisbee, chess, and volleyball.

SUKZA 5.0 this time has crowned the Phoenix sports house as the overall champion of SUKZA 5.0 with 4 gold and 3 silver. The overall runner-up sports house with 2 golds and 2 silvers is Elves and third place is Hydra sports house with 2 golds and 1 silver. Then, the fourth place is followed by Pegasus sports house with 3 silvers, then Dragon sports house 2 gold and finally Basilisk 1 gold.

The Closing Inauguration Ceremony was celebrated with a lot of fun and excitement. The announcement of the winners for each sporting event was held that night. The closing ceremony was officiated by the Patriotism & Unity Cluster monitoring Fellow, Mr. Mohamed Shukri Mohamed Noor. The objective for this SUKZA 5.0 being held at the beginning of the semester is to create a spirit of unity among the college community as well as to further strengthen the relationship between the residents of the KPZ block. It is also hoped that the upcoming SUKZA will be held more lively and able to achieve even higher targets and objectives.
