Serdang, 12 December 2022 – The tar road in front of the P1 fence has been paved after years of being left perforated and unmaintained. The tar road was fully paved on Wednesday, December 07, 2022. P1 is an important part of the Pendeta Za’ba College because the main office was located in P1 and still operating.

            Area P1 have 5 residential blocks namely Bestari, Bijaksana, Pintar, Arif and Cendikiawan. In the past, the road in front of this P1 gate was heavily damaged and perforated. This pothole and the damaged road will endanger road users in and out of the P1 area. Not only does it harm road users, it can also physically damage the tires of the vehicles passing through them if this damage problem is not contained. Many users have complained and complained about tis and most of them are KPZ P1 students. An Interview with one of the road users, Norfatihah who is one of a member of the College Representative Council (MPK), Kolej Pendeta Za'ba session 2022/2023 said,

"I as a motorcyclist who on a daily basis would go through the fence to get to the faculty and so on felt very unsafe and sometimes I felt as if I was losing control when I wanted to collide with other road users coming from the opposite direction. I was also worried about my motorcycle tires, worried that the tires would leak every time through the iron of the fence. I also made suggestions on this matter to the management at the last MPK meeting, and alhamdulillah, there was action taken from their side," she said when interviewed yesterday.

Now, the road has been refurbished and it seems that many road users are happy for it. The refurbished road looks safer than ever. The resurfacing of tar roads in this area further enhances the image of the college  to other people who came to KPZ.
