24 January 2024, Serdang - Pendeta Za'ba College (KPZ) has held a Benchmarking Visit to Sultan Alaedin Suleiman Shah College (KOSASS). This visit aims to provide exposure on the implementation of EKSA in other Responsibility Centers (PTJ) in addition to taking proactive measures to improve EKSA productivity in PTJ itself.

This visit was attended by 13 KPZ staff and warmly welcomed by YBhg Dr Mohd Mursyid Arshad, the Principal and all KOSASS staff members.

The objective of this visit is to obtain information and share experiences in terms of resources, implementation techniques and the results of EKSA's work in PTJ. This visit was very helpful in improving the skills of KPZ staff, especially in practical terms.

This visit has achieved its objective and ended at 4.30 in the evening.
